Meet the Man Behind the Machines

Evan Waldt founded Ice Cream Equipment Specialists in 2018 after a decade-long career in used ice cream equipment, bringing an innovative and refreshing spin to the frozen dessert field (pun intended).  He has been widely recognized throughout the frozen dessert community for his expertise, forward-thinking, and dedication to his customers. His role as an instructor for the Ice Cream 101 Course at Pennsylvania State University has been featured on CNN, and he has shared his expert insight on numerous podcasts. But what truly sets Evan apart is his leadership in the field, serving on the Executive Committee of the North American Ice Cream Association since 2022. Evan’s pride and joy is ICES receiving the Best Booth Award at the National Ice Cream Convention in Savannah, GA!
