•The approximate time line is 8‐12 weeks from time of signed production drawings.
ICES LLC  is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur
•Freight is FOB, McLeansville, NC. It is the responsibility of the customer/general
contractor to arrange inside installation as well as removal of crate and waste.
•Terms: 50% down to place the order
50% due prior to shipment to location
•Required ambient conditions: 75°F; 55% Relative Humidity. No direct sunlight on
refrigerated cases, is assumed for all quotes
•Warranty: 5 year compressor, 1 year parts, and 90 days labor (taken care of by Ciam US Representative not ICES/Emerymark USA
