•Freight is FOB, McLeansville, NC. It is the responsibility of the customer/general
contractor to arrange inside installation as well as removal of crate and waste.
•Terms: 50% down to place the order
50% due prior to shipment to location
•Required ambient conditions: 75°F; 55% Relative Humidity. No direct sunlight on
refrigerated cases, is assumed for all quotes
•Warranty: 5 year compressor, 1 year parts, and 90 days labor (taken care of by Ciam US Representative not ICES/Emerymark USA
