Founded in 2013 by Italians who spent over a decade running their own gelato shops in the U.S., the company produces its bases, pastes, variegates and coatings in an FDA-registered, Kosher U.S. facility, with warehouses in Florida and California for nationwide delivery.

Their catalog covers more than 100 products: traditional, vegan and sugar-free cream and fruit bases, gourmet pastes, variegates and toppings, coatings and crunches, and additives like dextrose and inulin. Because production is domestic, orders skip the ocean freight and customs delays that come with imported Italian ingredients.
