Infrico IBC‐ABT101L Blast Chiller Freezer, Reach‐In

The Infrico IBC-ABT101L is a heavy-duty, reach-in blast chiller/freezer designed to rapidly bring food temperatures down for optimal safety, quality, and HACCP compliance. Built with a durable AISI 304 stainless steel interior and exterior, it features universal guides, rounded corners, and a sealed floor for easy cleaning.

This unit delivers powerful performance—blast chill from +194°F to +37°F in under 90 minutes and blast freeze to 0°F in less than 4 hours. Equipped with a heated conical probe, EVCO digital controls with 99 customizable cycles, and a USB port for data management, it’s made for efficient, reliable operation in demanding kitchens.
