Infrico IBC‐ABT51L Blast Chiller Freezer, Undercounter

    This reach-in blast chiller/freezer delivers fast, dependable temperature reduction to support food safety, product consistency, and full HACCP compliance. Built with a durable AISI 304 stainless steel interior and exterior, it includes sealed floors, rounded corners, and an internal drain plug for effortless cleaning and sanitation.

    Designed for high performance, it achieves blast chilling from +194°F to +37°F in under 90 minutes and blast freezing to 0°F in less than 4 hours. The heated conical probe ensures precise temperature readings, while the EVCO digital control system provides 99 customizable cycles plus USB connectivity for easy data tracking.
