Join us for our collaborative frozen dessert workshop series featuring four individual class options. Choose from Gelato & Ice Cream Production or Pops & Paletas Production, each offered in both English and Spanish. Each hands-on workshop can be purchased separately and covers practical techniques, recipes, ingredients, equipment, and production methods to help you expand your skills, menu, or business.

The Pregel America International Training Centers (ITC) are the foremost culinary educational facilities for serious and aspiring specialty dessert chefs.
