Join us for a hands-on dessert workshop where you’ll learn how to create delicious soft serve, frozen pops, and more. We’ll cover real techniques, fun recipes (including vegan options), and tips you can actually use to grow your menu or business.

  • Soft Serve Day Schedule

    • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Soft Serve 101 Class
      A beginner-friendly training covering the fundamentals of soft serve machines and operation. Topics include single vs. three phase power, air-cooled vs. water-cooled units, pump vs. gravity feed, soft serve vs. shake machines, proper machine placement, and essential cleaning and maintenance practices.

    • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | Lunch Break
      Lunch break for attendees. Lunch will be provided.

    • 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Hands-On Soft Serve Demos
      Interactive demos for both morning attendees and industry professionals interested in Spaceman equipment, product inspiration, and current market trends. Demo examples may include vegan mix customization, pressurized mix demonstrations (5%, 10%, custard), novelty production such as Choco Tacos, popsicles, and sandwiches, plus trending flavors and creative applications.
  • Ice Pop/Paleta Day Schedule

    • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Paleta Fundamentals
      Kick off the day by exploring the basics of paletas and frozen pops. Learn how to balance flavors, prepare fruits and creams, and choose between water-based and dairy-based bases for smooth, vibrant pops.
    • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | Lunch Break
      Lunch break for attendees. Lunch will be provided.

    • 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Hands-On Paleta Workshop
      Dive into hands-on paleta making. Practice layering, stuffing with fillings, and applying coatings or drizzles. Experiment with flavors and textures while learning tips for professional presentation and menu-worthy displays.
