Built for precision and reliability, the Pack 120 CLP is a fully automated packaging solution designed to keep production fast, consistent, and clean. Its 304 stainless steel structure—including the base, coverings, cylinders, guides, and tensioners—maintains perfect film alignment and tension from the roll to the final seal. Products travel on a rigid stainless steel bar with mechanically driven lugs powered by a stainless steel chain, ensuring smooth transport and accurate sealing. Optional integration of a rotary thermal date coder allows easy printing of manufacturing and expiration dates.

Driven by dependable gear motors, the forming system and chain traction deliver steady, controlled movement, while dual heating elements in both the forming system and sealing jaws ensure strong, consistent seals. Adjustable speed and length are managed through a PLC, and temperatures from 0°C to 250°C can be precisely set via a digital controller. The machine is supported by 3-inch swivel casters with brakes and leveling feet, offering both mobility and stability for high-performance, professional packaging operations.
