Infrico IBC‐ABT141L Blast Chiller Freezer, Reach‐In

This reach-in blast chiller/freezer is built for fast, reliable temperature reduction—ideal for improving food safety, product quality, and HACCP compliance. Constructed with a full AISI 304 stainless steel interior and exterior, it features sealed floors, rounded corners, and an internal drain plug for quick, hygienic cleaning.

Engineered for performance, it delivers blast chilling from +194°F to +37°F in under 90 minutes and blast freezing to 0°F in less than 4 hours. The heated conical probe ensures accurate core temperature readings, while the EVCO digital control panel offers 99 customizable cycles and USB connectivity for streamlined data management.
