The Pozzetti is a traditional way of storing ice cream or gelato. Instead of a visual style display case where frozen desserts are seen through a glass structure, frozen desserts are kept within a sealed, cold well and are kept perfectly tempered. Ciam’s Pozzetti cases are incredibly flexible with their refrigeration methods and design options, giving you the power to create your own traditional style display case.
