Infrico IBC‐ABT7 1M Blast Chiller Freezer, Reach-In

This reach-in blast chiller/freezer is designed for fast, precise cooling to protect food quality and meet strict HACCP standards. Built with a durable AISI 304 stainless steel interior and exterior, it features sealed floors, rounded corners, and an internal drain plug—making sanitation simple and efficient.

Engineered for high-performance production, it blast chills from +194°F to +37°F in under 90 minutes and blast freezes from +194°F to 0°F in less than 4 hours. The heated conical probe ensures accurate core-temperature monitoring, while the EVCO digital control panel includes 99 customizable cycles and USB connectivity for easy data logging.
